- Must not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, safeguarding or emergency advice.
Users should not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information into the AI Homework Tutor. This includes full names, home addresses, telephone numbers, passwords, school details, medical information or photographs containing identifying information.
Parents, guardians and teachers remain responsible for supervising children’s use of the AI Homework Tutor.
We may restrict or withdraw access if the service is misused, including attempts to generate harmful, illegal, abusive, sexually explicit or age-inappropriate material.
8. Orders and Formation of a Contract
When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product under these Terms and Conditions.
An order is accepted when we send an order-confirmation email or make the purchased digital content available, whichever occurs first. At that point, a contract is formed between you and Gemstars & Smiles.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
- Payment has not been authorised;
- The product is unavailable;
- The price or description contains an obvious error;
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use; or
- We are legally unable to fulfil the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot fulfil, we will issue a refund.
9. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable taxes will be included or displayed during checkout as required.
Payments are processed securely through WooPayments or another payment provider identified during checkout. We do not directly store complete payment-card details.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate.
We may change our prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
10. Digital Content and Immediate Access
Digital products may include downloads, streaming content, flipbooks, audio, videos, online courses or access to members-only content.
Before receiving immediate access to paid digital content, you may be asked to:
- Give your express consent for access, downloading or streaming to begin during the 14-day cancellation period; and
- Acknowledge that you will lose your statutory right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.
Once you have provided that consent and acknowledgement and access has begun, you will not normally have a right to cancel simply because you changed your mind.
This does not affect your legal rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
11. Access to Purchased Content

Nothing in these Terms excludes any refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or other remedy to which you are legally entitled.
